Concrete Skeleton (Shell); Buildings shall be reinforced concrete with raft founddation.STIII steel reinforced iron and C-25 concrete shall be used.he structuralsystem is reinforced concrete skeleton.Exterior walls shall be made from heat insulation bricks.
Insulation: Foundations, terraces and wet surfaces shall be insulated with certified materials Water-proofing and insulation are guaranteed for 5 years.
Fresh Water and Waste Water Connections: The project plan has been drawn up in compliance with the architectural design. All materials used in the system shall carry ISO 9001 and CE certificates. There shall be a water tank of sufficient capacity in the conplex.Connection to the mains and treatment shall be provided at a convenient place in the complex.
Electricity: he Power is 220 Volt as projected in the Project Plan. The system has been planned in consideration of all requirments and functions.Which are sought in a unit. All materilas to be used for electricity cabling and wiring shall have ISO 9002 and CE certificates.
Flooring: terraces and balconies shall be tiled with outdorrs tiles which are manufactured by Toprak Ceramic and suitable for water proofind and other insulation types. Bathroom walls shall be ceramic tiled from floor up to ceiling.1st class quality ceramic tiles from Toprak Ceramic shall be used for all interior flooring. Stairs and landings shall be 1st class quality certified travertine marble. Certain parts of the exterior walls shal be clad with natural stone as shown in the architectural project.
Dorrs, Windows and Pergola: Interior doors shall be monoblock doors which are supplied by Dortek which is one of Turkey's leading door manufacturers.TSE ( Turkish Standards Institute ). Wooden and metal pergolas shall be constructed in accordance with the architectural Project. The front dorr of the building shall be steel.
Kitchen: All standart requirements have been taken into consideration whilst designing the kitchens and kitchen units shall be supplied by Turkey's leading Kitchen Manufactures.Integrated appliances shall be used in the kitchens. Dishwasher, extractor fan, hob and oven are all standart.
Bathrooms: All sanitary units, ceramic tiles and taps to be installed in the bathrooms shall carry ISO 9002 quality certificate and CE certificate.Vanity units shall be fitted in the bathtooms as well as bathroom unit and Jacuzzi tub.
Cladding and Painting: Exterior walls shall be plastered with cement and be painted with silicon based exterior paint. Interior walls shall be painted with water baed plastic paint.Ceilings shall be painted with water based plastic ceiling paint.
Heating and Cooling: Compatible piping and cabling for electrical combi boiler system for hot water shall be supplied by Us.All rooms and the lounge shall be fitted with Arcelik split air- conditioning unit.
Landscaping and Swimming Pool: Areas outside of the houses shall either be laid with grass or palnts shall be planted.naturl stone and outdoor tiles shall be compatible with landscaping Project. parking area, resting area and swimming pool are palnned in the Project and Shall conform to international standarts.
Social Complex: There is a Turkish bath, Sauna, adults pool and children's pool, Jacuzzi, sport coplex, playground, snack bar and sufficient number of parking lots. The adminintration Office and care-taker's shall also be delivered at the same time with the complex.
Management: The complex shall be managenet by a Professional managenet company. |
