The residence has a total of 14 villas. The entire land is enclosed by natural stone walls accompanied by stone pillars that make up the entrance gate. The 14-villa Residence is a gated-community equipped with a 24-hour security service.

The residence has one decent size pool with a ton of recreational area around it for sunbathing and fun. The entire land and each villa’s garden are fully landscaped. All villas are detached and have private gardens and private parking of their own nearby each villa.

Each and every single villa, at each floor level, has an uninterrupted clear view of the Main Yalıkavak Bay and the open sea. All villas face west, therefore, they all have an immaculate sun-set view. There is a thick layer of olive and wild trees beyond the rear walls of the residence, which makes a great hiking environment for the adventure-loving fellow. The notorious Monkey Rock is located nearby.
