1.  Household Furnishing

    One of our team members will provide ‘Free of charge’ refurnishment service with you to assist in your efforts to furnishing your new home. If you can not stay in Turkey long enough then we can arrange all procedures for you, Follow up enquiries, Quotations, Deliveries and Fitments etc- with before-and-after photographs to keep you informed at all stages.

2. Property management services

    My Bodrum Homes provides property management service for all types of properties with the following services, Arrangements of routine maintenance of the property The payment of property related invoices - For instance; Utility bills (water & electricity), Maintenance contracts, Service charges etc. Visiting the property at once a mounth  to ensure that it is being maintained with detailed reports provided upon request . Providing pool keeping and gardening services, Providing cleaning service, Providing security services, Providing Rental Services..

3. Residence Permit

    Owners of the turkish real estate can receive residence permit. For this purpose it is necessary to address after purchase in embassy of Turkey, having shown TAPU (the document certifying the property rights). On its basis make out disposable long-term (for from three months about one year) the visa. After entrance to Turkey it is necessary to address in a foreign department of police where on the basis of the visa within a month-one and a half will issue residence permit for the period of a year which can be prolonged.
